These terms are the deal between you and us. They're written to be read, but they're still a legal agreement, so please read them.

By creating an account or using Dolliy, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Dolliy.

1. Who you're agreeing with #

Dolliy is operated by To confirm: Company legal name, registration number To confirm: Company reg no, registered address To confirm: Registered address ("Dolliy", "we", "us"). Contact: support@dolliy.com.

2. Who can use Dolliy #

To use Dolliy you must:

Dolliy is built for people in Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai and is available in English.

3. Your account #

4. How Dolliy works #

5. Verification and the blue tick #

The face check is optional. It uses a few seconds of live video and face recognition to check you're a live person and to match you to your profile photos, as the Privacy Policy explains. The blue tick means a live video check matched that profile's photos. It doesn't prove anyone's identity, age, intentions or character. One face can carry a tick on one Dolliy account only.

Changing your photos or certain profile details can pause or remove your tick until your photos match again or you take the check again. You must not try to trick the face check, for example with someone else's face, a photo of a photo, a screen, a recording, a mask or an edited image.

6. Your safety: please read this #

We work hard to keep fake accounts and bad behaviour off Dolliy. But we don't run criminal background checks or identity checks on members, and we can't guarantee anyone is who they say they are or will behave well. You're responsible for your own safety when you talk to or meet people from Dolliy.

Some basics:

If you're in danger, call the police first (To confirm: Emergency numbers), then report the profile in the app.

7. Community rules #

The full rules live in the in-app Community guidelines (Settings → Community guidelines). They're part of these terms. The short version:

Be real. Your own photos, your own name, your own age. No catfishing, no impersonation.

Be kind. Flirty is fine. Crude, threatening, hateful or harassing isn't.

Take no for an answer. Silence, an unmatch or a block is an answer.

7.1 What you must not do #

You must not use Dolliy to:

8. Moderation, reports and closing accounts #

We aren't obliged to monitor everything on Dolliy, and we're not responsible for what members say or do, but we act on what we find and what you report.

To confirm: Paid features: paid features aren't built yet. The app shows plans named Plus, Gold and Diamond and in-app credits. Replace this section once they're final.

10. Your content #

"Your content" means everything you put on Dolliy: photos, profile text, prompt answers and messages.

Messages are between you and your match. Don't share someone's messages or photos outside Dolliy without their consent.

11. Our content #

The Dolliy app, name, logo, design and everything we make belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use under these terms. Don't copy, modify, distribute or build on it without our written permission.

12. Disclaimers #

Dolliy is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Thai law that can't be excluded by agreement.

13. Limits on our liability #

To the extent the law allows:

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited under Thai law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. For the lawyer: Liability limits

14. Your responsibility to us #

If you break these terms or the law and someone else makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows. For the lawyer: Indemnity

15. Ending this agreement #

16. Changes to these terms #

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Dolliy after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't, delete your account. The date at the top always shows the current version.

17. Law and disputes #

These terms are governed by To confirm: Governing law. If you have a problem, email support@dolliy.com first; most things get sorted there. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be heard as set out in To confirm: Governing law. This doesn't take away any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
